The first interiors at Lighthaus are ready—two show apartments that offer a glimpse into the modern, design-led living we’re bringing to Liverpool.

We believe great design does more than just furnish a space—it transforms it. That’s exactly what we set out to do in our latest collaboration: Starlight Liverpool, part of the ambitious Lighthaus development rising on the Northern docks of the city.

Due for completion later this year, Lighthaus will stand 31 storeys tall and deliver over 250 contemporary rental suites, from studios to spacious three-bedroom layouts. With stunning views, a sky lounge, co-working spaces, fitness facilities and concierge services, this new address will offer a high-quality lifestyle right on Liverpool’s revitalised waterfront.

We're thrilled to have been appointed to furnish the full space later this year—but for now, we’ve begun by bringing two show apartments to life. These first completed interiors offer a first look at the design direction and atmosphere that will define the entire development.

One bed: A calm, contemporary sanctuary

The one bed show apartment was designed with a focus on refined simplicity—clean architectural lines, subtle sophistication and an inviting sense of calm. A neutral palette of greys, taupes, and ivory works alongside natural textures to create a serene, considered space.

We’ve selected contemporary furniture—like the Modena sofa, Fermo media unit, and Lugano bed—to showcase form and function in harmony. The result is a retreat-like interior that feels effortlessly modern and universally appealing.

Two & three bed: Expressive, balanced & bold

In contrast, the two and three bed apartments embraces a more expressive, character-led design. Geometric forms, layered patterns, and playful colour accents—think rusty red, ochre and sea blue—give the space warmth and individuality without overwhelming.

Statement pieces like the Modena chair, Eden footstool, and the Torino dining table bring texture and interest, while still keeping the space structured and liveable. It’s a design that sparks ideas and encourages prospective tenants to imagine how they could make it their own.

Full rollout coming September 2025

While these two show apartments offer a taste of what’s to come, the full vision is even more exciting. We’ll be furnishing over 250 apartments across the Lighthaus development, with installation set to be delivered in September 2025. Each home will reflect the same attention to detail and design-led thinking seen in the show flats, tailored to suit modern renters and urban lifestyles. As always, our service includes full delivery and assembly, ensuring a smooth process for developers and letting teams alike.
