Our design team was tasked with creating beautiful apartments in the heart of London’s iconic Casson Square that were ready for a tenant to move into straight away. As these apartments are a group of investment properties for the rental market, it was important that the apartments not only look impeccable but were practical.
There were numerous challenges that our design team had to face. It was important to our client that we maximise the number of potential tenants by making our client's apartments stand out from the rest of the building.
To overcome this, we used bold feature colours such as midnight blue. Complement this with neutral accessories for a modern and welcoming look. We introduced an elegant texture mix. The velvet sofa's softness, combined with the chenille effect of the Bristol fabric for the armchair, adds warmth. We also wanted to complement the kitchen's wooden features with the soft shapes and elegant black lines of the Ottawa chairs and Adelaide barstools.
In these apartments, floor to ceiling windows frame stunning views of the London skyline, and it was essential that we create a style that was impactful while not distracting from the incredible views. The Osaka sofa and the Reno armchair were significant in complementing the views.
