We're proud to spotlight a project from BoConcept New Zealand, who partnered with the property developers to furnish a premium apartment and provide styling guidance for other apartments within the complex. Their design approach echoed the development’s architectural ambition, using Danish design principles to enhance the building’s generous light and seamless indoor–outdoor flow.
The apartments themselves have been created with modern living in mind. Large, open-plan layouts allow residents to move effortlessly between kitchen, dining and living spaces, while floor-to-ceiling windows draw in exceptional levels of light throughout the day. These are complemented by carefully specified finishes—a refreshing light palette, refined natural materials and high-quality fittings chosen for both longevity and timelessness. Juliet or balconies extend each interior outward, creating an enhanced connection to the views, fresh air and blue-sky horizon.

The apartments serve as a showcase for how design, architecture and lifestyle can work in harmony. BoConcept's New Zealand team curated a scheme that elevates the apartment’s sense of openness, using soft, natural tones and sculptural forms to complement the panoramic harbour and city vistas.
In the living area, a white Indivi corner sofa defines the space with an inviting, enveloping shape that hugs the room’s architecture. This is paired with Santiago coffee table and side table in a natural oak finish, bringing warmth and tactility against the apartment’s light palette. A Climbing Barricades gallery artwork adds a bold artistic gesture, while the matt ash grey Fermo unit contributes subtle depth and functional elegance.

The dining space continues the language of refined natural finishes. The standout Santiago dining table in natural oak provides a generous, sculpted centrepiece, its organic grain echoing the tones of the surrounding landscape. Hamilton dining chairs in a soft brown leather finish introduce a sophisticated material contrast, while the Calgary storage, also in natural oak, creates a cohesive, calming rhythm across the room.
In the bedroom, the Arlington bed, finished in a natural tone, establishes a serene and grounded atmosphere. Paired with the minimal Expose side table, the space feels tranquil, uncluttered and crafted for rest. Throughout the apartment, the combination of our furniture and the spaces architectural clarity results in a home that feels both elevated and comfortably lived-in—light, elegant and beautifully refined.
