Our Highlights of 2022

As the year is drawing to a close and most of us in the trade industry are all getting ready for a well-earned break to enjoy the merry festivities with family and friends, there’s no time like the present to take a look back over some of the highlights of 2022...

WOW…. What a year it has been!! We have sold a whopping 6801 sofas, 4817 dining chairs and 3696 tables in London alone… Won an award for ‘Best Luxury Furniture brand’…  Implemented and achieved great results on our sustainability mission… Signed up over 300 new trade accounts across London (and increased our trade team in order to keep up) provided furniture for over 400 trade partner projects… Installed 52 Hotel rooms and over 1000 fully furnished BTR Units… 

Our success in furnishing the BTR industry has definitely been one of the major highlights for 2022 and the momentum will be continuing into 2023 with even more scheduled installations about to take place. Our clients have recognised the huge benefits to using an unbeatable quality brand like BoConcept to elevate their investments which you will see evident in the below…

We began the year by completing 434 fully furnished apartments at the brand-new Apo Kew Bridge development, offering a variety of 4 different beautiful design schemes. 

In February, we completed the furnishing of the stunning boutique hotel ’55 Le Mirage’ in Notting Hill. This Installation for Sharaka Holdings included the fit out of 52 rooms plus the communal spaces and an on-site restaurant. 

In May we completed the furnishing of 170 units for Queens Park Rangers at their NWX Residences which consists of 200 units in Northwest London managed by Dexters. 

In July, we installed 30 high-end apartments at Twickenham Gateway for Meadow Residential, these units are a part of the transitional redevelopment of Twickenham station. 

Also, in the Summer we installed 176 fully furnished apartments for Ropemaker Properties at their ‘Domain’ development in the heart of Reading, including 2 beautifully dressed show apartments. 

More recently in November we have furnished 80 of the apartments at Realstar’s UNCLE development in Colindale, with a further 190 units due to begin in the new Year. 

So, as you can see, our team have been busy making all this happen over the past year! That been said, from 23rd of December you will find them with their feet up enjoying some well-earned festive cheer!
