Urban Living at UNCLE Deptford

We are excited to share that we have recently completed the furnishing of UNCLE Deptford, providing The Realstar Group with high-quality, modern furniture for 251 Build-to-Rent apartments at this vibrant new development in London’s South East.

Each apartment has been designed with style and comfort in mind, this living room features our iconic Modena sofa as the centrepiece and is perfectly complimented with the finishing touches and luxurious window treatments.

As a part of UNCLE’s expanding portfolio of residential properties, UNCLE Deptford stands out for its vibrant community-oriented living environment. The challenge was to create interiors that resonate with the dynamic energy of Deptford while ensuring the comfort and convenience of the residents. At BoConcept, we understand that BTR developments require a delicate balance of aesthetic appeal and durability, this project is a perfect example of both.

Each apartment has been meticulously furnished with pieces selected from our extensive furniture collection as well as all window treatments to add a functional yet homely touch. We focused on creating spaces that feel both comfortable and sophisticated, using our Danish design heritage to infuse each room with a sense of timeless elegance.

From sleek sofas and ergonomic dining sets to space-saving bedroom furniture, every piece was selected to enhance the living experience of the residents.

The collaboration with UNCLE Deptford is another milestone in our ongoing relationship with UNCLE, having previously worked on other projects such as their Wembley, Colindale, Stockwell and Leeds locations. Our ability to deliver on this scale while maintaining the highest standards of design and functionality reaffirms our position as a leading provider of furniture for BTR developments.
