For architects, interior designers, and developers, it has become a strategic zone of wellbeing, flexibility, and personal expression — now rivalling the living room in importance. This shift presents new opportunities, as clients increasingly demand holistic, design-led bedroom suites that balance style, comfort, and multi-functionality. With this in mind, we're excited to speak about our [two new bedroom concepts](https://www.boconcept.com/en-gb/discover/beds/) – Element and Bolzano – each crafted to support trade professionals in delivering spaces that feel cohesive, contemporary, and adaptable to the diverse needs of modern living.   ## Why bedrooms are now a design priority Industry research shows that investment in bedroom design is increasing, with demand rising not just for beds, but for complete bedroom environments. From [residential](https://boconcept-contract.co.uk/markets-residential/) developments to boutique [hotels](https://boconcept-contract.co.uk/hotel-interior-design/) and serviced apartments, clients are prioritising wellness, multi-functionality, and design cohesion in the spaces where people rest and recharge. This trend translates into greater demand for customisable solutions that adapt to varied layouts and aesthetics. Designers and developers are seeking durable, timeless furniture that balances elegance with practicality. Smart storage and modular systems are now essential for maximising space, while coordinated suites ensure a sense of harmony and high-end appeal. Our new launches respond directly to these requirements, offering flexible solutions for projects of every scale.   ![AW25 set 27 001444 v2](https://boconceptcontract.com/hs-fs/hubfs/AW25%20set%2027%20001444%20v2.jpg?width=780&height=584&name=AW25%20set%2027%20001444%20v2.jpg) *New Element bed and nightstand in dark oak*   ## Element: Modular, customisable, and made for trade The [Element](https://www.boconcept.com/en-gb/discover/beds/the-element-collection/) collection has been designed to provide flexible, scalable solutions ideal for contract projects. Its modular approach allows designers to create tailored bedroom layouts that adapt seamlessly to different projects. Every piece in the collection has been conceived with versatility in mind. Beds and headboards are available in hundreds of variations, from wood to fully upholstered finishes, enabling design schemes to be customised without compromise. Newly introduced [nightstands](https://www.boconcept.com/en-gb/shop/storage/night-stands/?q=product-master-name--Element) and [dressers](https://www.boconcept.com/en-gb/shop/storage/chests-of-drawers/?q=product-master-name--Element) extend the collection further, offering refined, minimalist storage with push-to-open drawers and a sleek vertical reeding detail. Sturdy metal legs not only enhance the clean lines but also add durability, ensuring the collection stands up to contract use. Element offers the ability to deliver cohesive bedroom suites across multiple units while maintaining individuality through material and finish choices. This balance of consistency and flexibility makes it an invaluable tool.   ## Bolzano: Soft curves and sensorial calm Where Element focuses on adaptability, [Bolzano](https://www.boconcept.com/en-gb/discover/beds/the-bolzano-bed-collection/) embodies sensorial serenity. Plush, curved, and utterly inviting, the collection speaks directly to the “Cosy Cocoon” trend shaping interiors. Its rounded silhouettes and soft upholstery immediately create a calming, cocoon-like effect, perfect for projects that prioritise wellbeing and emotional comfort. Bolzano has been designed with 360-degree appeal, ensuring it looks elegant from every angle — a feature particularly beneficial in boutique [hospitality](https://boconcept-contract.co.uk/markets-hospitality/) and high-end [residential](https://boconcept-contract.co.uk/markets-residential/) projects where the bedroom doubles as a showcase space. From fabric-wrapped bases to sculptural headboards, every detail contributes to an environment that feels nurturing and restorative. For trade professionals, Bolzano represents an opportunity to specify statement pieces that deliver impact without compromising on comfort.   ![AW25 set 30 001340](https://boconceptcontract.com/hs-fs/hubfs/AW25%20set%2030%20001340.jpg?width=780&height=598&name=AW25%20set%2030%20001340.jpg) *New upholstered Element bed and Lugano nightstand*   The rise of the bedroom suite marks an important opportunity for trade professionals to elevate their projects with interiors that are both cohesive and adaptable.
