Elevating Architecture: The Party Wall House, Wellington

Check out this architectural gem in Wellington, New Zealand. This stunning home was designed by Patchwork Architecture and has been transformed into a haven of modern design and functionality, thanks to the expertise of BoConcept Wellington’s design team. 

The living room showcases a blend of some of our iconic pieces, such as our Chelsea living chair in white Lazio boucle fabric, the perfect addition to accompany the raw concrete materials in this open-plan space.   

The Party Wall House is a testament to cutting-edge architectural design. Its unique and unconventional layout demanded equally distinctive interior furnishings that would complement and elevate its aesthetics. Our furnishings and finishing touches proved to be the perfect partner for this ambitious project.

One of the standout features of the Party Wall House is its spacious and open living areas. The design team’s expertise came into play here, as they carefully selected furniture pieces that maximise the use of space without compromising on comfort and style. Resulting in a seamless fusion of aesthetics and functionality.

Featuring the mid-century-inspired Carlton sofa in soft tan leather. Its clean lines and elevated legs complement the look perfectly.   

BoConcept's commitment to sustainability was also a perfect match for the eco-conscious Party Wall House project. Our use of sustainable materials and dedication to responsible manufacturing practices align seamlessly with Patchwork Architecture's vision for the home.

Moreover, the BoConcept design team worked closely with the architects and homeowners to select furniture and decor that would enhance the unique character of each room. Whether it's the minimalist dining area with the Princeton dining chairs or the cosy bedroom with the Arlington bed, every piece has been thoughtfully chosen to create a harmonious living environment that reflects the homeowners' style.

To add texture and warmth, the Form rug brought in natural colours and softness, and to complete the living space, the Madrid coffee table in ash ceramic provided a perfect balance of simplicity and sophistication.   

The Party Wall House is not just a showcase of modern design but also a testament to the power of collaboration between innovative architects and furniture experts. BoConcept Wellington's contribution to this project has taken an already exceptional architectural achievement to the next level, proving that the right furnishings can elevate a space to a work of art.
