Join us as we revisit the key projects that defined a year of design innovation, collaboration and craftsmanship.
Embassy Gardens project
From luxury lounges to large-scale build-to-rent installations, 2025 has been a landmark year for BoConcept Trade & Contract. Our team has delivered some of our most ambitious and design-led projects to date—with each one demonstrating our commitment to elevating modern living, hospitality and travel experiences.
As we look back, four standout projects have captured the attention of our readers, partners and clients. Here’s a closer look at the most-viewed and most-loved projects of the year.
The year began with a beautifully curated three-bedroom apartment in the sought-after Embassy Gardens development. Designed for an international client seeking a London base, the project demonstrates our ability to deliver fully tailored, holistic interiors that feel personal, elegant and timeless.
A soft, neutral palette establishes a foundation of calm, elevated by bespoke wallpapers, sheer curtains and layered textures. In the living area, the Bergamo sofa and Porto armchair create a welcoming, contemporary environment, while the dining space is anchored by the Santiago marble-top table —a striking focal point ideal for both entertaining and everyday living.
Every detail, from textiles to wall finishes, was selected to create a cohesive, luxurious sanctuary. The result is a home that perfectly blends design, comfort and international sophistication.
UNCLE Acton project
A major build-to-rent installation this year was our full fit-out of 214 apartments at UNCLE Acton, continuing our long-standing partnership with The Realstar Group. The result is a collection of warm, modern and highly liveable homes designed to enhance the resident experience from day one.
At the heart of the living room, the Carmo sofa provides a sculptural centrepiece, paired with a tactile Modena armchair in olive velvet. The dining areas feature the New York dining table and Hamilton chairs, creating refined social spaces, while the bedroom balances serenity and functionality.
With a focus on durability, aesthetic harmony and turnkey efficiency, UNCLE Acton reinforces our reputation as a trusted partner for large-scale residential developments.
The Brompton Lounge project
This year also saw the completion of one of our most sophisticated hospitality projects to date: the Brompton Lounge at Harrods Aviation, Stansted. Tasked with designing both the main passenger lounge and the private lounge, we curated an environment of understated luxury tailored to modern travellers seeking calm, comfort and exclusivity.
A palette of sand, warm brown, camel and olive green established a grounded, elegant mood. Plush velvet, soft leather, layered textiles and subtle ceramic accents created a sensorial, tactile experience that feels both premium and deeply inviting.
Feedback from Harrods Aviation’s team reflected the success of the collaboration: the lounge now feels “sophisticated, welcoming and completely aligned with the Harrods Aviation brand.” It stands as a highlight of our aviation and hospitality portfolio this year.
Rounding off the year’s highlights is an exciting milestone in Liverpool’s Northern docks: the first show apartments at Starlight Liverpool, part of the striking 31-storey Lighthaus development. With over 250 contemporary rental suites completing later this year, these initial interiors offered an early glimpse into the design direction shaping the city’s future skyline.
The one-bed show apartment focused on calm minimalism while the two and three-bed apartments embraced a richer, more expressive style. The result: inspiring, characterful interiors that prospective residents could immediately envision as home.
With full installation across all 250 apartments to come, Starlight Liverpool stands as one of our most significant BTR collaborations of the year—setting a benchmark for modern urban living.
Lighhaus development project
These projects capture the breadth of what we achieved in 2025—from aviation lounges to high-rise BTR developments, private residences and large-scale rollouts. Each one reflects our core values: craftsmanship, collaboration, and design that enhances the way people live, work and travel.
As we move into 2026, we look forward to unveiling new partnerships, new design stories, and new environments shaped with the same attention to detail and commitment to quality.
