Project: Balcombe Place by Dorrington Plc

Dorrington Plc is a well-established property investor and developer with a portfolio of both residential and commercial assets across London. We have worked with Dorrington on a number of projects over the last couple of years and particularly enjoyed working on this latest project based in the heart of London’s Marylebone, Balcombe Place. 

This cosy living space features our classic Indivi sofa, complemented by a Modena armchair.

This 3-bedroom serviced apartment has been designed to offer renters a cosy urban retreat while staying in the city. It has been designed to appeal to a range of tastes with a colour palette of cool, calming greys, enhanced by the warmth of accent rust tones for a perfect balance.

The Lugano bed and nightstands are the perfect set to provide space while maximising comfort for guests.

We started the project using one of our available furniture packages as the base (The Metropolitan package) and made a few slight tweaks and adjustments to make it perfect for this individual property. We then enhanced the space with a dressing pack that provided all the finishing touches to make the apartment comfortable for its guests and create the atmosphere of a ‘home-away-from-home’.

The key is in the details! Styled with artwork and homey accessories to bring the space to life.

This project is a perfect example of how the details make all the difference in a space and how using a conveniently pre-prepared furniture package can still be enhanced to make a property unique. A neutral core collection of furniture can be given its own standout identity by adding artwork, soft furnishings, and accessories that make it stand out from the crowd.
