In the heart of Monterrey’s evolving Distrito Valle, Halo Tower demonstrates how considered interiors, natural materials and customisable furniture can transform a show apartment into a lifestyle buyers instantly connect with.
The Halo Tower project in Mexico
In one of northern Mexico’s most dynamic residential districts, Halo Tower was conceived as more than a luxury development. Positioned in the fast-growing Distrito Valle area, the project was designed to offer privacy, exclusivity and elevated city living, with interiors that would immediately communicate the quality and lifestyle of the residences. The development is part of the wider Centrito Valle regeneration, a high-end mixed-use district in San Pedro Garza García.
For the show apartment, the objective was clear: create a space that felt aspirational yet liveable. Rather than simply furnishing a residence, the interior needed to tell a story—one that allowed prospective buyers to picture themselves living within it from the moment they walked through the door.
Open-plan living, thoughtfully defined
The apartment’s layout embraces open-plan living, with each area carefully zoned to create both flow and function. Large-scale furniture pieces anchor the main living spaces, creating subtle separation without interrupting the openness of the architecture.
Clean lines, generous proportions and a restrained material palette bring balance to the overall scheme. Woods, marble surfaces and ceramic finishes work together to add warmth and refinement, creating an environment that feels both contemporary and timeless.

The power of customisable design
To bring the vision to life, the project partnered with BoConcept, whose design philosophy aligned naturally with the development’s focus on exclusivity, personalisation and contemporary living.
A key part of the concept was flexibility—creating interiors that reflected the possibilities available to future residents. Much like the residences themselves, the furniture selection emphasised customisation, allowing buyers to imagine how their own lifestyle and preferences could shape the space.
A cohesive living experience
Within the main living area, the Salamanca corner sofa in white creates an immediate focal point, paired with the sculptural Bolzano armchair in green for contrast and personality. The dark oak Bornholm coffee table grounds the space, introducing warmth and material depth.
In the adjoining dining area, the round Madrid dining table is paired with Hamilton dining chairs, while Adelaide bar stools help connect the kitchen and social areas seamlessly. Together, the pieces create a setting designed for both everyday living and entertaining.
Extending design throughout the residence
The design language continues throughout the wider apartment, ensuring every room feels connected.
In the communal spaces, the curved Bolzano sofa paired with another Bornholm coffee table introduces softer, more relaxed forms. In the principal bedroom, the iconic Imola chair brings sculptural presence, complemented by the Ball pendant above.
Secondary bedrooms and workspace areas continue the warm, understated aesthetic with the Lugano bedside table, Kingston desk, Hauge chair and Eden footstool, each selected in soft neutral finishes to create calm, welcoming environments.

Hallway area within the apartments
What makes Halo Tower particularly compelling is its understanding that residential design is about more than finishes or furniture. It is about helping buyers emotionally connect with a space.
By combining architectural clarity with highly considered interiors, Halo Tower demonstrates how design can transform a property viewing into something more powerful—a vision of future living.
