Spotlight on Interiors: GSK Bespoke Designs

We love to celebrate our Interior Design clients whose creativity and vision bring our furniture to life in unique and inspiring ways. This week, we're thrilled to feature GSK Bespoke Designs as a perfect example of how our furniture seamlessly integrates into a variety of projects.

Our stunning Santiago Dining table makes for the perfect centrepiece in the heart of this Surrey home, beautifully designed by GSK Bespoke Designs.       

GSK Bespoke Designs is an Interior Design Studio based in Greater London, headed up by Giovanna Sessi-Knott. We recently had the pleasure of working with Giovanna on one of her projects, a charming residential home in Surrey. Here is what she had to say:

 “At GSK Bespoke Designs we put our focus into understanding how our clients live, work and play so that we can create designs that are authentic and tailored to their lifestyle. For example, in this case, my clients did not want a separate dining room to the kitchen so I was looking for a table that elevated the look of the kitchen for occasional entertaining but still served the purpose of a kitchen table. The Santiago table was perfect. The design of the fluted pillared legs are reminiscent of the Jugendstil style, appreciated for its understated elegance. The ceramic tabletop with rounded edges elevated the look further while making it very practical.

The cool fresh tones of the Santiago table are perfectly complemented by the warm tan fabric of the stylish Hamilton Dining chairs.       

I liked the relaxed sixties look of the chairs and matching bar stools and there was so much choice to find the right fabric with adequate Martindale rub count for the required purpose, while not compromising on texture and with a plethora of colours to choose from.”

I selected pieces from the BoConcept collection based on the fact that the style beautifully merges functionality with cutting-edge yet timeless design. A sustainable approach to interior design is very important for all my projects where I seek to design spaces that do not date and choose high-quality furniture that withstands the test of time.”
